I explored New York City pretending to be a tourist over the long weekend and took the chance to try out my new camera. Here are some of the photos I took (click through for larger versions):
A nice wide-angle view of the Flatiron building. There were so many tourists on the traffic island where I was standing, taking pictures just like I was.
A view of George Washington Bridge from the Manhattan side. I biked all along the west side up to the base of GW Bridge where I took this photo.
A penguin kite that someone was flying at Liberty State Park. How could I not take a picture of that!
